目前在本地小学、中学、工艺教育学院、初级学院或高级中学就读的新加坡公民或永久居民在籍学生。

条件

• 家庭每月收入$2000以下或人均收入$700以下。

• 成绩中等，小学各科平均在Band 3或以上；中学、工艺教育学院、初级学院、高级中学各科平均C6或50分以上。
• 操行必须是B级或以上

申请日期

2014年3月1日至3月22日，逾期概不受理。

Target Group

Students who are Singapore citizens or PRs and are currently studying in a local primary school, secondary school, institute of technical education, junior college or centralised institute.

Conditions

• Household income $2000 or below or per capita income $700 or below per month.

• Average results, for primary level an average of Band 3 for all subjects. For secondary. ITE, JC and CI levels an average of C6 or 50 and above.

• Obtain at least B Grade for disciplinary conduct
